Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather conditions, holidays, or other delays outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Royal Essence is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive tracking information when available.
