Refund policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of fragrances, opened, used, sprayed, damaged, or unsealed perfume products cannot be returned or refunded.

Returns may only be accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery with the order number, photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from Royal Essence.

Once the return is approved and received, we will inspect the item and notify the customer if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
